Standard Recipe When you select a drink, the calculator automatically shows the nutrition information based on the standard recipe (default milk, syrups, and toppings). The selectors are pre-filled with standard values, and you can see the exact nutrition data for the standard drink.

Step 1: Choose Your Drink Category

Start by selecting the temperature category for your drink:

  • Hot: Hot coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, hot teas
  • Cold: Iced coffees, iced teas, cold brews, refreshers
  • Frozen: Frozen coffees and blended beverages

Step 2: Filter by Milk Type (Optional)

Use the milk type filter to narrow down drinks:

  • Select All to see all drinks, or choose a specific milk type
  • Filter options: All, Black, Whole Milk, Skim Milk, Oatmilk, Almondmilk, Cream
  • You can select multiple milk types to see drinks with any of those options
  • The filter works by showing drinks that include your selected milk type in their name

Step 3: Select Your Drink

Choose your specific drink from the dropdown menu:

  • Flavor Swirls: Add sweetened flavor swirls (mocha, caramel, vanilla, butter pecan, etc.) - adds calories and sugar
  • Sweeteners: Add Sugar (Granulated), Liquid Cane Sugar, Splenda, Stevia, Equal, or Sweet'N Low
  • Cold Foam: Add cold foam options (only for Cold drinks) - Vanilla Sweet Cream, Salted Caramel, Chocolate, Pumpkin Cream (seasonal), or Non-Dairy
  • Toppings: Whipped cream (Light, Standard, or Extra), drizzles, cinnamon sugar, or cocoa powder
  • Espresso Shots: Add extra espresso shots (regular, decaf, or half-decaf) - increases caffeine and calories
  • Note: If your selected drink already includes ingredients (like swirls or milk), they'll be shown with a "✓ Already in drink" badge
